😱 You won’t believe what this real estate agent did when no one was supposed to be watching…
A stunned couple have exposed a bizarre and brazen act by a real estate agent who allegedly took their personal car for a joyride while preparing their rental home for a viewing.

The jaw-dropping moment unfolded when one of the tenants returned home — only to find the agent behind the wheel of their own car, casually driving it around the property.
According to the couple, the agent had been taking promotional photos of the house when temptation apparently struck. Without asking permission, the agent helped themselves to the keys sitting inside the home and decided to “move the car for the photos.”
The tenant, sharing the encounter on a popular rental nightmare Facebook page, said they were shocked and furious.
“Partner has come home this afternoon to the real estate agent driving our personal vehicle… you read that right… driving our personal vehicle,” the post read.
When confronted, the agent reportedly brushed off the incident with a shrug-worthy excuse — claiming they only wanted the vehicle “out of the shot.”

But the couple wasn’t having it.
They reported the incident to police, contacted the property owner, the selling agent, and even the director of the real estate company — who offered only a bland apology: “Sorry, it won’t happen again.”
Online commenters erupted. Many demanded the agent be named and shamed, while others joked about “moving the agent’s car” in return.
“That’s wild! NO ONE but me drives my car — moving it or not,” one wrote.
“This is DELUSIONAL behaviour,” another fumed. “If you’re pressing charges, wait until they’re charged — then name and shame them!”
One commenter pointed out the absurdity: “They could’ve just photoshopped the car out — instead they borrowed it!”
The tenant confirmed they’d even signed an agreement allowing agents to edit out personal items in photos — meaning there was absolutely no reason for the agent to touch the car at all.
As Australia’s real estate market heats up, this incident has reignited debate about trust, professionalism, and tenant rights during the sales process.
🏡 One thing’s certain: if this was a “test drive,” it failed spectacularly.
