Australian nude model and contemporary artist Dina Broadhurst has dramatically reduced the asking price for her prestigious Darling Point waterfront apartment — trimming $3.1 million off initial sale expectations.

The price guide has dropped from $11.5 million to $8.4 million ahead of a scheduled 5 June auction, according to the updated listing.
