Not all of us have holiday plans this summer, but reality TV judge superstar Simon Cowell has his family sorted.
He has just dropped US$25 million (NZ$35.84 million) on a 929 square-metre, seven-bedroom beach house at Malibu, with expansive ocean views.
The estate formerly belonged to media mogul Brian Greenspun, publisher of the Las Vegas Sun, who has been a longtime supporter of Bill and Hillary Clinton. With its beautiful pool and lawn, it’s clear the house would be great for fundraising parties.
