Marewa house

A fight between brothers over their late father’s house was complicated by two facts.

The first was that one brother was in jail. The second, that any money that a sale might generate for the other would probably be absorbed by debts he owed when he went bankrupt.

The case was brought to the High Court in Napier, and heard by Justice Francis Cooke.
