How quirky is too quirky?

A Californian dome home faces allegations of being a “public nuisance” after its new owner, a former media mogul, ran with its unusual design features and Flintstone nickname and installed four-metre-tall dinosaur statues in the backyard.

Florence Fang has incurred a complaint from the town of Hillsborough, which alleges she has breached local building codes with her new landscaping touches.
