Investigators call it a “unique” harassment case: An Omaha man is accused of sending inappropriate texts, emails and pictures to dozens of women of certain types of profession.
It’s an investigation KETV NewsWatch 7 has been tracking since November.
In an exclusive interview, Nebraska State Patrol investigator Scott Haugaard said John McGinn, 33, targeted vulnerable women, and there could be more who haven’t reported.
Haugaard explained this isn’t a felony case since there’s no proof McGinn threatened anyone.
