The best real estate agents in New South Wales have defied affordability pressures and market slowdowns to post record-breaking results in 2025.
According to newly released figures from Real Estate Business (REB), the Top 50 Agents in NSW sold a combined 5,790 properties worth an astonishing $14.9 billion in the 2024 calendar year—up from 5,447 properties worth $12.9 billion the year before.
📈 Market Challenges? These Agents Didn’t Get the Memo
While Sydney’s property market has cooled—particularly in late 2024 due to affordability concerns—NSW’s top agents doubled down and pushed through.
Research from Cotality (CoreLogic) in May 2025 confirmed the slowing pace of growth across Sydney, yet the elite agents found ways to outperform, showcasing innovation, persistence, and hyperlocal expertise.
