The Australian real estate community is mourning after the sudden and tragic death of well-known Brisbane real estate agent Ty Babbidge, 55, who was killed in a horrific ride-on mower accident on Friday evening.

Emergency services were called to a private property on Grandview Road, Pullenvale at around 7.30pm on Friday. Mr Babbidge was found trapped under a ride-on mower and died at the scene.
Police have confirmed the incident was non-suspicious, and the forensic crash unit will prepare a report for the coroner.
His devastated family posted online:
“We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Ty has passed away. Ty was greatly loved by his family, friends, and the community. His warmth, generosity, and genuine care for others touched countless lives, and he will be dearly missed.”
