But NSW Fair Trading says Tesolin’s career has now been derailed by his own conduct while running Ray White (Quakers Hill – Tesolin Group).
“The conduct is believed to have occurred while Mr Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting operated under the Ray White banner,” the regulator confirmed.

In 2023, Tesolin employed a 30-strong team, including his mother as general manager and wife as office manager.
But following the investigation, Ray White and Tesolin have terminated their franchise agreement.
🏛 Regulator Moves In
NSW Fair Trading appointed David Mansfield of Deloitte as manager of Tesolin Consulting during the suspension period.
Impacted customers have been urged to contact Deloitte directly or call NSW Fair Trading (13 32 20) for support.
The regulator says the suspension could be followed by further disciplinary action under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002.

When contacted by news.com.au, Tesolin’s lawyer said no statements would be made to media at this stage.
The once-celebrated agent has now gone from property poster boy to the centre of one of the biggest real estate scandals in years.
